• Preparation of contracts, preparation of detailed specifications, quantity calculations, preparation of procurement schedules, control of costs by comparing the priced courses with the cost calculation and compilation of all procurement documents
• Participate in tenders and obtain and review bids, conduct bidding negotiations independently and assist in awarding contracts. Control of the costs associated with the offers received and, if necessary, preparation of supplements.
• Accounting of the overall measure, including the careful review of measurements and invoices to ensure transparent and correct processing of costs.
• Early identification of contractual performance discrepancies and immediate initiation of corrective measures to ensure compliance with the contractual agreements — all with a focus on schedule, cost and quality goals.
• Efficient execution of projects, this includes coordinating all construction processes, monitoring construction on site and ensuring that all work meets the required quality standards and regulations and that construction projects are completed on time and on time.
• Participation in regular meetings with clients/project participants, moderation of fixed appointments and continuous reporting to clients on the progress of construction projects
• Safety and health protection coordination in accordance with BaustellV
• Preparation and monitoring of schedules, photo documentation and keeping a construction diary to document construction progress.
• Audit for cost control, organization and implementation of the construction project, change management and, if necessary, organization/monitoring of the elimination of defects, including listing the limitation periods, rounds off your range of tasks.

• A degree in civil engineering (focus on road/transport planning and/or urban water management/civil engineering) or a qualification as a state-certified construction technician (f/m/d) or comparable training.
• At least 3 years of experience in the successful implementation of traffic planning, civil engineering, road construction and sewer projects — including tendering, awarding, construction management and construction supervision.
• Ideally qualification as SiGEKO (safety and health protection coordination in accordance with BaustellV).
• Ability to work in a team, sociability, strong communication skills.
